Playstream.com provides inexpensive audio/video streaming from their
servers. You use a link on your site that streams from their server. They
have a 'personal' package that costs $4.99/mo and gives you 10MB of 
storage,
with 400MB transfer. I've tried it, it was very easy to set up.
