Re: Loopers-Delight-d Digest V01 #301
Hi Jehn,
I have an old black & white picture of me in my studio with on my "sound designer" page <http://pages.ripco.net/~eleon/sound/index.html>... also a tangle of wires, Korg MS-20, thrift store phonograph, and an amplified spring and paint can (a precursor to the Springboard). Far removed from these squeaky clean rigs It's an old loft in the heart of the once cool, now trendy Wicker Park entertainment mecca. It's still large and dusty like it was in the 80s....
That's why I got a laugh from seeing the anti:clockwise tension headache studio finger. I can identify...
I also own a malfunctioning Tascam 244 (owned since 1984) with hundreds of hours of stuff I was planning to use...

Thank you..I was feeling intimidated by all of these squeeky clean perfectly routed studios. My life is a tangle of 1/4" cords, and still need to fix the 4trk to retrieve hundreds of hours of lo-fi crap that I swore I was going to throw away after I went digital. NEVER!
