I have dealt with several companies (Roland, Kurzweil, Gibson) technical support groups. I have had them "loose" orders for software upgrades, and I have paid for long distance phone calls. I think that Damon Langlois & Electrix are "spoiling" us with such great support. Try asking Roland to answer your emails within hours.
