Is it illegal to buy a CD from someone else ? It's probably illegal for a
person to keep a copy of a CD if he/she sells it to someone else, but I
don't see where the record company gets screwed if it's just a transfer.
You're probably right, though: sample CDs may have specific copyright laws
that I don't know about.  ;-) I'm sorry if I offended you: I am just 
looking
for a cheap, but legal way to get quality loops: non-commercial / home-made
ones, ok ?
