I vouch for Cliff on the grounds that he's be around here a while now.
And also I volunteer my scanning services, if needed.

Perhaps the job should be split, ( in which case I'd go for the vortex)
....and I vouch for me on the grounds that I've been asking for a copy of 
the 
specs to put on line for some time now :-)
