Obtaining latest EDP manual

Hi all-

I would like to get a copy of the newest EDP manual- I love the on-line 
.pdf
version but would prefer to have it in hard copy- my manual is older and
does not contain the revisions related to Loop v 5.0 - I'm not sure who to
contact at Gibson these days- the LD site lists Mike Ayers but I thought he
was gone?
