Hi Andreas. Have you really ever tried a pod??? Or some line6 products? Or have you only heard the preset sounds??? Having had and used some marshalls, fenders and laneys I find that the emulations in the pods are really good (certainly you have to use it with some good power amp or pa system, not in front of a guitar amp or on a multimedia desktop system)...but I skipped completelly the presets (those really suck), I use it in manual mode, and create my sounds from scratch.
