I have two EDP's. Almost daily one of them in particular will FREEZE. I found that I can reach back with the EDP OFF, I toggle the switch that specifies European or US voltage ... and then turn it back on and it works fine for a while... (If i don't toggle the switch, it is frozen the same as when I shut it off, when it turn it on again)
