Check out the Midi Solutions mapper and other products.

Alternatively, the Nord MicroModular can process notes and velocity (or
midi cc) to affect a wide range of synth parameters or effects, which
can be applied to the incoming audio. Just about anything you can
imagine except reverb & delay.
