San Luis Obispo.
The early train at 6:12AM gets in at 2:50PM, or he could come up
the day before on the 12:00 noon train arriving at 8:35PM.
The return trip is at 6:35AM direct, at 11:15AM with a
change in Santa Barbara, or at 3:10PM with a change in Los
Angeles.
