Actually I had already added the 36 into the equation.

I had control source set to not, I just tried setting it to cont instead 
but
it still didn't work.

I did have the behringer set to note.

There must be something simple I am missing.


Footswitch #2 = overdub          original note 2 + 36 = 38
 
Footswitch #3 = reverse          original note 3 + 36 = 39
 
Footswitch #4 = 1/2 speed        original note 13 + 36 = 49
 
Footswitch #5 = substitute       original note 12+ 36 = 48
 
Footswitch #6 = multiply         original note 4 + 36= 40
 
Footswitch #7 = insert           original note 5 + 36= 41
 
Footswitch #8 = mute             original note 6 + 36= 42
 
Footswitch #9 = undo             original note 7 + 36= 43
 
Footswitch #10 = next loop       original note 8 + 36= 44
