The Oceanharp sure looks like a waterphone to me!  I'll bet it sounds like
one, too, but I've never tried it.

[soapbox material here]: Actually, given that his patent expired, I think
it's fine to bypass the original inventor.  Patents were never intended to
last forever (Mickey notwithstanding).
