OT: MIDI foot controllers

One of the things I like about the Line6 floor modellers is that they have 
a
fairly convenient interface for getting to 4 presets plus bypass. Click any
button. If it isn't active, it switches to that preset. If it is active, it
goes to bypass. This avoids consuming space with a separate switch for
bypass.

Does anyone know of any MIDI foot controllers that would let me do 
something
similar with my rack gear?
