Well, isn't the Repeater for doing Robert Fripp Karaoke?  I actually saw a 
similar
news story a while ago posted here.  It reminded me of when I ran a small
experimental open mic night in Ithaca NY.  I used to change the name on a 
weekly
basis to things like, "John Zorn Karaoke night."  We did have some 
interesting jams
from time to time...
