Also you could try the Warwick Rockbox. All metal, with above the space for the mixers and in front 3 or 4 rack spaces. There are various models (related to almost any rack mixer model). Now I'm getting one for my digital mixer, soundcard and compressors. They look pretty resistant and don't weight a ton.
