Midi Foot Controllers

I'm surprised no one has suggested the Lake Butler RFC-1 Midi Mitigator.  

Unfortunately, it has been discontinued, but they still can be found.

It has one row of footswitches and each one can be programmed to send any
midi command(s) you want.  

It has one CC input.

You can name your patches.

It's built like a tank.
