FCB1010 - finally got it working properly!

now i'm a happy camper.  thanks to those of you who offered advice.  i can
now agree that the manual is pretty much right on as far as
programming...skimpy, but right on.  i guess it's just a matter of bending
to the unit, not the unit bending to you.
