Where is the best deal on a new EDP Plus?

Where is the best deal on a new EDP Plus? Months ago I found a mail-order
place with the best deal, but I have lost that info? Can anyone help?
Thanks! (I already know of Musician's Friend and Sweetwater, but they are
often not the cheapest)
