I've had the SAME Morley volume pedal since 1985.  I think they called it a
"Black Gold". It has a 35db vol-boost button so you can solo at (don's
cod-cockney accent)  "11".   One cleaning.  Works great!!!

I tried an Ernie Ball because it didn't need a power supply. After three
weeks the Ernie Ball pedal was making scratching noises and so it's been
unused since then.
