PCM42s used to go for $450-500 here in LA. In fact I bought a
pair of them for Pauline Oliveros for a total price of $900 back in
1989. I cannot bring myself to consider the current inflated price.
It's just one of those "I wish I hadda when I coulda" gear
lust things.
