Yeah, product developers shouldn't have to hear what their customers and potential customers think. That's just silly.
I put the blurb about me not knowing about developing a product because I knew that the people I was addressing didn't know the first thing about retail music sales which I know quite a bit about. Perhaps we can learn from each other. I'm learning a lot by having this debate.
...and you should keep quiet unless you can actually think of a decent point. "Shut up" is the booster seat of the small mind.
