EDP memory question

Ok my new EDP has four 4mb XP-8-  memory SIMMS
but i only have 66.6 seconds of memory.
1mb has 12.5 seconds of memory ain't it.
?????
also before the 66.6 seconds pops up on the display
there a 5.0   ?
also i can't find these simms anywhere
