It's good for people to know that when it comes to foot switches, 
what you see is not necessarily what you get. In most switches I've 
examined, the sturdy-looking metal switch you click on with your foot 
actually presses on a much more fragile switch that is mounted 
directly on the circuit board. This is certainly true of Line6 
switches and Digitech switches.
