I just use a simple morley a/b switch which works fine.

 

I'd love to have a box (perhaps it would have to be custom made that would

A feeds B

B feeds A

 

but I imagine one could do that just as easily with a patch bay.

 

Jon Wagner uses one very effectively and I even bought one but still haven't hooked it up yet.
