Since the "From" address is not consistent, your best bet is to set up a couple filters: one that looks for "loopers-delight" in the "To:" field and another that looks for "loopers-delight" in the "CC:" field. The comparison should be "contains" unless you choose to search for the entire "Loopers-Delight@loopers-delight.com" string. This is what I did when I used Eudora and Netscape Communicator. I know Mozilla Thunderbird has the functionality necessary, too. I use similar functionality to label all LD posts in Gmail, too. Hope that helps.
