As was suggested, this is the last week
to get free shipping.
I don't think that's all there is to it:
As a registered Reason 1 or Reason 2 user you can
purchase your upgrade to Reason 3 here at our online store.
For a limited introductory period the price of your
Reason 3 upgrade is only $129!
It seems pretty clear to me that their intention is to raise the
price of the upgrade itself.
In any case, I bought the upgrade and received it yesterday. Do
as you see fit.
