Surround sound panner

While we're on the subject of surround, is anyone aware of a
VST plugin, preferably cheap, that does 5.1 panning?  I don't
need a 5.1 encoder, just something that takes a mono or stereo
signal and distributes it among 6 mono outputs.  Something
that supports automation would be very cool.  Waves looks like
it has one but it's expensive and TDM only.

I'm giving the VST version of Mobius the ability to route each
track to an individual VST output port.  This plus 6 instances
of a panner and a 6 output audio interface should give you the
ability to setup loops in surround, no?
