How about

I do this as a matter of course in most of my
performances.
Or perhaps
the question is why would anyone want to do
it?
I do it because one of the main reasons I use looping is to
explore relationships between voices (or between variants of a source
voice). The first loop pieces I remember hearing were such things as
"Come Out" where even the idea of a prime number
relationship was pretty "straight."
So for me the use of primes is a way to keep the music pulsatile
while avoiding simplistic metric relationships.
