I'm surprised that Flash Video hasn't come up in this
thread yet.  If you know someone with Flash MX 2004
Professional (sorry, but that's not me), they should be
able to take your video and compress it into a .FLV file
(using Sorensen Squeeze or similiar compression). This is
the best way I know of trimming that file size for the web.
No specs, sorry. But do check it out.
