I bought over half of my studio on eBay. I have never been disappointed. I am very happy with the experience. Like you, I was cautious at first.

Same here. I've bought and sold thousands of dollars worth of gear on
eBay. In fact, I'm getting ready to sell my Boss GT-3 and Rocktron
Velocity 120 stereo guitar power amp on eBay, once I try selling them
locally first. I have my eyes on a copper Darbuka drum that I just have
to get.
