After I posted this at 5:30 this morning, I thought about it some more on my way to work. Here's the rest of the story: A friend of mine also has a DigiDelay; he bought his new about three years ago, while I bought mine used last spring. After messing around with mine for a couple of days (before downloading the manual), I mentioned to him that I didn't think the looper features were all they were cracked up to be, to which he readily agreed. The next time I was at his house, I checked his DigiDelay out, and found that his worked exactly the same as mine. We figured that the looper feature was just thrown in as a buzzword afterthought. Since we both use other gear for looping and both use the DigiDelay as a delay, neither of us was all that bothered by it. But now this thread has me wondering: could it be that he and I both have units with the exact same defect? And if so, is this something they're prone to? Do any of you own DigiDelays that work the way Gary (and the manual) describe the looping features? -t- --- Tim Nelson <psychle62@yahoo.com> wrote: > According to the manual, that's mode 7.
