When I lived in Tohoku prefecture in the 80's, that
would have been about $400. I think.

(I just remember ALL the used guitars in the pawnshops
seemed to be 10,000 yen (about 80 bucks), regardless
of make, model or condition...)

Maybe $425 or so now, pre-import? That'd be tempting!
