laptop rig

I''ll second Bill's advice.
 I, stupidly, packed my laptop in with my lggage instead of carrying it on 
board when I visited Japan -
BIG mistake -
 I arrived with a rather beautiful but indecipherable screen - I had to 
borrow monitors every gig i went to -
what an absolute nightmare - I was grateful for the kindness of Sunao and 
friends.
ALWAYS take your laptop on board with you.
