where the buffalo roam and the skies are not cloudy all day,cool cops who tip.liberal possession laws.lots of foot traffic.little old ladies.fair priced lodging.lots of stoners with money & or treats.folks who smile.spots with good acoustics.no permits needed.chicks in bikinis/thongs.
