Hello Adrian, I'm sorry, I didn't try this - only used loops 2 and 3 for 'independant' overdubs. But I'm quite sure that this will work the way you want it to (I hope so, as I want to use it in this way, too). I'm going to buy the RC50 when it's available in Germany (May) and will then report my experiences to the list.
