question: EQ unit with built-in delay

hi there,

sorry if this is borderline off-topic but i have a friend who plays 
electronic percussion in a band with a looping guitarist. the guitarist 
sometimes loops parts of what the drummer is playing. he (drummer) also 
wants to put a delay on his sound using an EQ unit.

he's looking for a unit that has stereo inputs and stereo outputs, each 
side having an EQ, with a built in delay, without f'ing up the stereo 
panning.

any suggestions?
