NINJAM plugin released

Hi,

I released the (almost) complete version:
http://www.collective.co.uk/expertsleepers/ninjamplugin.html

It's usable but there are a few issues. The source code is released
too, so perhaps someone can help me fix them up.

That said, this has completely transformed my ability to use NINJAM,
being a laptop-musician kind of guy.
