MIDI controllers

Hey all,

Same old discussion:  I'm looking for  a small non-phantom-powered MIDI 
foot controller that would let me send 3 or 4 programmable MIDI notes.  
Do any of you know of anything like this?

Also, in my searching I ran across this auction for a cool looking 
little MIDI controller:

It doesn't do MIDI notes or it would be perfect for me, but it might 
work great for some of you and the price looks good (for now anyway).
