VST plugin Filter advice

Hey,

some of you guys might know the Line6 Filter Modeler. It has some sort  
of guitar synths build in. The pitch of the guitar is tracked (just  
mono) and an analog sounding synth tone is added. Kinda like the old  
Pat Metheny and Robert Fripp sounds.

Does anybody know of VST plugin that could function as an analog  
sounding guitar synth ?
