Those are interesting numbers, but there might be something else that effects latency. I could be wrong, but I think there is something still superior to PCI and PCMCIA interfaces. For instance, the new WaveRT drivers will (initially at least) only be available to PCI and PCMCIA interfaces. Maybe somebody more knowledgeable can correct me, but I think PCI and PCMCIA interfaces will usually give you the lowest latency.
