Recently I put together a parts
Telecaster with a very light weight mahogany body and a maple conversion scale
neck (i.e a standard gibson scale length for a fender body).
Interesting. I've always been a
fan of the tele sound for jazz. You sort of combined the best of two worlds
there...fast and low action gibson neck with Tele body. I may have to follow
suite with you there. How about something like a Bartolini or Ken Woods pickup
in that thing?
