What would be an entry level stick purchase?

I've been thinking about it for a while now but haven't had the dollars.

Is there an online forum where stickses are traded/discussed.

Has anyone heard of 'Krappy' touch guitars?

Someone sells them on CL- they look a bit odd but they look stickish/warresque.
