the directions below were in response to 'what do I do with a picture I already have uploaded?'

if I was responding to you, perhaps I misunderstood where you were in the process.

You must first upoad your photo (s) to your account... 

once YOU have the photos seeable and uploaded AS you...

then double click on th particular photo you want to select only it.  then you'll see 'add to group'  and that addition will be immediate, yes.

if you'd like further support, email me off list, and i'll back you up.

click that and it will allow you to add it to the group directly.
