the Uno chip for the FCB is VERY cheap and offers a lot of extra 
options, including the one you're looking for. You can progam a 
switch to send alternate CC values (you set them)  - it's then simply 
a matter of finding what CC number controls the sound source.

The FCB yahoo groups offer huge amounts of info...
