Ooh! Good to see something like this going on in my backyard. I love "ambient industrial" music. There are two items on the website that have me scratching my head though: --The venue is Orbis Nex, a warehouse in East Oakland - very hard to get to without a car. Having your festival in a such a space could be ok, except... --Tickets are $35 per night. Keep in mind most shows at spaces like this are about $5. Major local experimental music festivals such as Other Minds and SFEMF rent out nice performance spaces and invite similar caliber artists - and you can still get in for $20 or less per ticket.
