It reminds me of when Gibson filed a nuisance lawsuit against PRS a few years back for copyright infringement, whining that PRS's single cutaway model might be confused with a Les Paul. Yeah, right. In light of that, I'm not inclined to take Gibson's position too seriously unless I hear something more substantial than what I've seen in the news.
