OT: music config of laptop

I'm running Vista Home premium on a dual core laptop.  I want to set up an 
account to run only my music software.  What do I do to config this?  I 
looked on the web and am having trouble finding this setup process for 
Vista.  I know I need to prevent anything from starting in this account 
except the bare essentials.

Any insights?
