This relates to looping by virtue of the fact that we'll be doing this 
all again in four years.  Only the loop degrades over that long of a 
period.  Memory limitations require extreme compression in and expansion 
out causing certain distortions (of facts).  Therefore, the names will 
change to protect the (not so) innocent.     ;-)
