I'm rather fond of Discrete Music and Another Green World. But, Music for Airports is up there too. Very hard to pick just one. The Fripp and Eno stuff is good. I have The Essential Fripp and Eno (basically No Pussyfooting and Evening Star.) and enjoy that too.
