I've started planting the seed to my boss that our first branch office ought to be in Santa Cruz (his long-term pipe dream was San Diego for the climate, but I'm trying to tip the scales towards fun & talent availability). I don't think this article is going to help the case much, alas. I think it's way cool, tho.
